1. Booking & Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made with accurate and complete personal details.

2.2 We reserve the right to increase the agreed price due to unforeseen costs (for example, surcharges from hotels, airlines, fuel, or taxes), but such a price increase will not exceed [X%] and must be communicated to you no less than [X days] before departure.
2.3 If the price increase exceeds a certain threshold (to be specified), you have the right to cancel the booking and receive a full refund of any payments made, or to accept an alternative arrangement of equal or higher value.

3. Travel Documents & Visas

3.1 It is your responsibility to secure and provide all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, etc.) for your trip.
3.2 For visas that we assist with, you must provide all required documents accurately and on time. Any delays, rejections, or issues due to incorrect or incomplete documentation are your responsibility.
3.3 We are not liable for any costs, delays, or losses incurred as a result of visa rejections, overstay fines, or being denied boarding due to improper or missing documents.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by You:

  • If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply based on how far in advance you cancel (e.g., X% if more than 30 days, Y% if 30–15 days, Z% for less than 15 days).
  • Some services (especially visas) may have non-refundable portions – this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
    4.2 Cancellation by Us:
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, supplier failure, etc.).
  • In such cases, we will offer you alternative travel arrangements where possible, or a full refund of payments made.

5. Liability & Responsibilities

5.2 Travel Risks: Travel inherently involves risk (delays, cancellations, accident, illness, loss, etc.). You agree that you are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings during travel.
5.3 Insurance: We strongly recommend (and may require) that you purchase suitable travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other risks.
5.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform any of our obligations due to extraordinary events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, etc.).

6. Changes by You

6.1 If you request changes to your booking (e.g., date change, name correction), we will do our best to accommodate them based on availability.
6.2 Change requests may incur fees (name-change fee, supplier penalty, fare difference, etc.).
6.3 Changes will only become effective once confirmed by us in writing.

7. Complaints

7.1 If you are dissatisfied with any part of your trip, you must notify us or our local representative immediately during the trip (where possible).
7.2 After your trip ends, any formal complaint must be submitted in writing within [X days]. Please provide full details including supporting documents.

9. Intellectual Property
